Twirl and Tumbler is an online store hosted on Shopify. We create and sell handmade goods crafted with care and intention. All items are made in small batches and may include natural variations due to the handmade process.

We do our best to display accurate descriptions and images of our handmade products. However, due to the nature of handmade goods, slight variations in color, size, and finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

Payment is required at the time of purchase via the payment methods offered at checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the USA. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Twirl and Tumbler is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are handmade, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kelli@twirlandtumbler.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
