Thank you for shopping with Twirl and Tumbler. Because all of our products are handmade with care, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we want you to love your purchase, so please read our policy below regarding damages or issues with your order.


All Sales Are Final

 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Variations in color, shape, or texture that are part of the handmade process

Incorrect sizing due to customer error (please review product descriptions carefully)

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and package each order, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

 

To report an issue:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at kelli@twirlandtumbler.com.

Include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

If approved:

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund—depending on the situation and product availability.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Twirl and Tumbler is not liable for delays, lost packages, or items marked "delivered" but not received. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 

Handmade Item Disclaimer

Please remember: Our items are individually handmade, and no two are exactly alike. Minor differences or imperfections are part of their charm and are not considered defects.
